How do I unsubscribe on an iOS app?
To unsubscribe from a subscription purchased through the App Store:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then select Subscriptions.
- Find TenderTalk in the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Will I still have access after I cancel?
Yes. After canceling, you will retain access to TenderTalk Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund for my subscription?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple.
How do I resubscribe?
You can resubscribe anytime by opening TenderTalk, going to the Upgrade section, and following the prompts.
How do I delete all my data?
You can delete your TenderTalk data and all associated data directly from the app:
- Open the TenderTalk app.
- Go to Settings > Privacy Controls in the menu.
- Select Delete all my data.
- Follow the confirmation steps to permanently remove your profile, conversations, and stored data.
